"Our family gathered in Grand Rapids to walk in the Alzheimer’s Walk. We had always wondered about the castle, and were pleasantly surprised by the facility. The only real negative was that the signage was not great. It was kind of tough to find the parking spot, and easy to get turned around in the building. I wish we would have known about the facility when we were visiting our daughter at GVSU as it would have been a good option. "

"We wanted to stay close to the colosseums in Grand Rapids for a large event and couldn't get into our regular local hotels. So we decided to try Vrbo. Edgar, our host, was amazing to communicate with. I had lots of questions and he was very accommodating. It truly is a cozy place. Everything is as pictured and was very comfortable - even the bed! We were so thankful! Location is inconspicuous, private, and quiet. Again we were thankful. We were only there for the weekend, but it's set up...

From the deck it’s easy to watch boat traffic in and out of the marina and everything in town is walkable. Not overly spacious but perfect for what it is. Will definitely stay again."

"Winter trip for solitude and a view and this place delivered. It was very clean, There are a few little things that need to be fixed thus the 4 stars. One faucet didn't work, I couldn't find the light for the exterior stairs; a panel for the drapes on the sliding door fell off; and most of all the only lock on the front door was the combo lock one - I don't know who else might have that number. I would feel much more comfortable/safe with a second interior lock. "
