"Alpenhotel Allgau has a good location in Schwangau, close to the Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle, Museum of the Bavarian kings. The rooms were small and the beds were rather hard. The breakfast was a essentially a continental breakfast of rolls and coffee. The signage is poor and the entrance is hard to spot. Check in was easy but checkout was difficult because their credit card processing machine didn't work and had to be re-started.I wouldn't stay there again but rather will plan...

"Ein wirklich sehr gemütliches Gästehaus! Alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sehr netter Service und mega Ausblick auf die Berge vom wunderschönen Außenbereich. Die Zimmer und die ganze Unterkunft sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war von allem etwas dabei. "The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper.
