"I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

"What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!"

"We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday everything was clean and ready for us we swam in the pond, did a bunch of fishing (bass were biting before dark every night) we hiked to the little water fall on the property, and celebrated my daughters 13th birthday with family, had a big sea food boil enough to feed an army and made enough memories to last a life time! "I booked this stay to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday, in which she wanted nothing more than a big family reunion. It was such a beautiful property with amazing amenities. We were lucky with good weather in November to kayak on the lake. Everyone was so pleased with the stay and it was exactly what my mom wanted for her birthday. "The house is great and matches up with the pictures. It is definitely secluded with the last half mile or so being dirt roads, so be careful if there's bad weather. The cleaning people did a good job before we got there even with a quick turnaround from the last group that stayed.The kitchen is well stocked with decent pots and pans and lots of cooking utensils and knives that were actually mostly sharp. The grounds are extensive and some of our group made use of the trails they've cut around...

"I booked this property for a birthday weekend for my adult children and I. I wanted a house close to a lake and also hiking, and this was perfect! The home had everything we needed to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and have a great stay. The fishing was excellent and the sup was used by everyone! "We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to prepare holiday meals.The basement was a great space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, giving the adults some quiet time.
