"Great location for city centre, very clean and spacious rooms. Parking very easy with good discount. Yeah it's a little noisy but you are vertually right in Matthew Street you expect that before you book so not good complaining aferwards like some reviews."

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"It would have been much better if the property offered a few more essentials to the customer, such as: bathroom soap, Kleenex, paper towels, kitchen sink plug, dish rack, coffee, instructions on how to use heaters...and the ultimate suggestion...change the water pump system (way too loud)."

"The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still smells from the last guests. We were relocated to a different apartment which is the same and it was freezing cold and very dark. I called the host but they don’t pick up the call. Poor communication especially if the guests have children and coming from a long way. "

"We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were...

"New apartment, bus stop 25metres for City centre. Nicely furnished, very comfortable. En suites spacious, lovely towels. Everything positive except ‘Guest Ready’ who despite having a 24/7 phone number were impossible to contact despite trying many times of the day when I wanted some information on returning key. Very frustrating and time wasting."

"Great first stay at Quest - Liverpool is home and we visit at least once a year, so it certainly won't be the last. After varying luck with hotels and apartments, we feel this was the best quality and value for money. Spacious, clean, and with an obvious effort to maintain and keep appliances up to date / well looked-after, we had no complaints! Central location is wonderful, gym is small but well-equipped, reception staff helpful."

"Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous decor. Upgraded to deluxe family room which included beautiful bath bombs, toiletries, robes, snacks. Amazing bath and shower and fabulous queen size bed which was so comfy. Spotless spa and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely return ❤️"

Great Rooms, Great Hotel

"Titanic is a fabulous hotel. We've stayed here 3 times and always enjoyed it. The rooms are so spacious and the styling of the hotel is great. We did have a couple of issues while we stayed with car charging and one of our showers but these were sorted out quickly by the helpful stay. Thanks so much, we will stay again."

"I had no idea what we were in for! I'm so sad we only had one night here, we will absolutely be back! Even though we were only there for a short amount of time we still walked the walls 1.5 times and they were able to get me in for a full body deep tissue massage that was one of the best i've ever had! We didn't have enough time to learn everything the city had to offer, so we will be back on our way to Wales. "
