"It was such a relief to enter a space that honors a time gone by. The attention to detail—perfect touches—from the sheets and pillows tot he fresh flowers at the breakfast table added to the hospitality and warmth we felt immediately walking into the inn. The only issue we had was the back door entry. "The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
