"Location is perfect as it near Quantico Marine Corps Base. The only con was that it is a basement apartment and you hear everything from upstairs and a few nights it was very loud upstairs. "

Nothing missing. They even had art supplies for our rainy day. Highly recommend this water-front house."

"Bug infested, double booked, gave code to both familes, filthy dirty, moled towels, no amenidties *but wouldnt use them if they were there). Had to go buy paper towel, toliet paper, plates plasitcware, cups even for coffee. Towels had mold. Laundry coin operated and even if you have coin open the dorr get the stench of a lifetime. Oh and infested with ants and hornets. Stay outside its better"

"Myself, my partner, my 7 family members and our 2 pups stayed here for our annual vacation to Colonial Beach & our experience was nothing short of spectacular. The host is super fast at replying, made our check in process easy, and was super hospitable. They even accommodated our last minute wish to check in early! The ONLY thing I can think of that can be improved is the level of cleanliness. Everything was beautiful and clean except for areas underneath the rugs, which were covered with sand...

"Very spacious for 6-7 ladies. Some limitations due to steps. 3 bedrooms first level but 2 bedrooms up very narrow farmhouse stairway and not good if physical issues. "
