"This is a combination hostel/hotel. We stayed in the hotel part which obviously shares facilities with the hostel. The hotel is great. The rooms are a good size, although need to be rearranged a bit to suit travellers with suitcases rather than backpacks. Nowhere to put luggage. The room has a coffee table and fake plant that could be replaced with luggage racks. Bathroom was a good size. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee is available from the shared kitchen so not in the rooms, which was fine by us. Good rooftop bar with friendly staff. Great location, a short walk from the central station. We caught a train to the city centre. There was very annoying music from somewhere that started up at 7am so this meant we couldn’t have the window open unless we put up with it. But overall an excellent hotel and we would stay here again."

"This apt. seems to be a rip-off arrangement. Just 16h before the check-in could I reach tha landlady. We agreed the handover of the keys at another address thatn stated - and 30min before this agreed handover the landlady cancelled the booking. I have not seen a refund, yet. Don't book this propoerty!"

"We had a fantastic long weekend with all the amenities we needed after some long cycle rides and an afternoon watching the LBL Monument from only a short walk away. Communication with the host was easy and responsive and there was a good supermarket nearby. A friendly cat topped off the trip - wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"We all very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The rooms were very comfortable and we particularly loved the large covered terrace, which we could use even when the weather wasn't so good! We had several barbecues there. Catherine made check-in and out very easy. We arrived quite late and she arranged for us to have dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant next door. She provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Esneux is a very pretty town. It has several good bars, shops and restaurants, plus a supermarket in walking distance. We took the train (station also in walking distance) to Liege for the day. We also went walking in the surrounding hills and forests. Definitely recommend a visit!"
