"This 4bed/3 bath home meet our family’s needs for the trip. The home is a little aged/worn from the photos, but still did NOT disappoint! Kara, the host was top notch with communication and information. The pool and hot tub were great with the hot Texas weather."

"We were in town for a wedding in Paris, Tx, so we were looking for a place between Dallas and there. The house was spacious and the open floor plan was great. The rooms, especially the master bedroom/bath were spacious. Enjoyed the stay."

"We had a wonderful 3 generation family gathering at this wonderful property. The pictures do not do it justice. Set up well for everything. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Our grandkids loved the playground area, but spent almost all day in the water or on the kayaks and paddle boats. The dock, deck and fire pit area were great for lounging and watching kids. "This is exactly as advertised. A quiet cabin by a pond. The cabin is nice and cozy. The bed was less than par but other than that it was great. Strong WiFi and fast access to fishing. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day."

"Overall we had a great stay! I would give a few suggestions, such as fans in the living area, even with the A/C set low it was stuffy and warm. In the bedrooms, the fan would not run unless the lights were on, again it got hot at night. The lock on the back door was broken, so we could not access the back yard patio. Overall very cute and perfect for our needs!"

"We were in town for a wedding in nearby Celeste, TX. This was a convenient location for us. The house is great! It’s newly remodeled and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the primary suite is amazing! The town of Leonard itself doesn’t have much to offer. Plan on bringing food to cook or driving a ways to eat at a restaurant. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience!"

"The owners were very nice people but simply overwhelmed with the process. I believe they once had an assistant that helped them on VBRO that quit. We could not get the host to respond to our messages and we had no check in instructions until we called VBRO HQ at 5 pm the actual day of check in. The bottom knob on the front door was still locked when we arrived and we had to call again for a key. The back yard was nothing but a bare muddy pit. There were no extra paper towels and no tissues and...

"The property was as advertised on the Vrbo web site. Plus, there were some unexpected perks left by the owner which made the stay even more comfortable. We would recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, clean place to stary in the Durant, Oklahoma area. Owner was also very nice and communicated information in a timely manner."
