"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

The room had separate sleeping and sitting areas; the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well designed with modern versions of antique features. Only shortcoming was ceiling fan that wobbled when running. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. "

After telling Kimberly that we were leaving early one morning she made sure we had it early enough so we could make our appointment. The rooms were always comfortable, and the bed was nice as well. Kimberly made sure we had everything we needed including extra towels and anything else that we asked for. "
