"At check out, management and front desk staff were great. There was another woman in line who had nothing good to say but I hope she got her refund and went on her miserable way. We were upgraded to the new building which was fantastic. The first night was a little rough from a noisy neighbor but it smoothed out quickly. The room was clean, we had almost everything we needed. I booked for 3 and we had 2 hotel towels and wash clothes and one set of shampoo and conditioner so I had to ask for more items to help us through that first night. Checking out was simple enough, I booked on the app so I had to cancel through the app. Management waved early check out fees and gave a refund for the nights we weren't staying. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. "

"Everything’s was great overall, especially the staff. The hotel was overall clean. They are working on getting more updated. We liked the espresso machine in the lobby. There was some need for extra cleaning in crevices on the floor in places, and the bed was a little firm for me, but other than that everything was good. "

"My stay at Holiday Express was amazing. My daughter, granddaughters and a great during our stay. Hotel front desk, house keepers, and breakfast staff, very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, breakfast good, etc. Shopping, restaurants, fuel all around. Really enjoyed our stay. "
