"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay."

"Came into Anderson to visit with family after checking out hotel rooms in the area decided to Go with a Vrbo And was not disappointed. My son, daughter-in-law and my one year year-old granddaughter had their own room and bathroom and I had my own room worked out perfectly very clean and Victor was great. "Communication with the owner was amazing. It was warm, cozy, and clean feeling the second we walked in. Location was great. "Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again."

"Jason & Gina were wonderful hosts, they pay great attention to details and questions. They were unobtrusive. Their property and the studio is lovely. If you like the sounds of nature on a lake with a nice place to sit on the porch it is delightful.
