"Service and staff were nice. TV channels did not work for the most part of my stay but it really didn't affect my stay. This may be an area you could improve for other future guests. "

"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"The room was spacious. Neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean. Linen were good too. 2 big beds, a working table and a couch. Lots of storage space. The stay was quite comfortable. Walkable distance to Galle Face beach. We did not opt for the Breakfast choice while booking. Upon enquiring at the reception, we were told it costed 4K LKR per head, which we felt is pretty expensive. "

"Very busy hotel next to a bustling commuter railway station in central Colombo. Popular with Indians and Chinese which creates its own challenges to both other guests and staff Rooms are clean but have very poor storage due to size. Bathroom probably the best I have used. Fully automated with a heated seat and very unique to SL where toilets especially are very mediocre or poor. Great roof top bar with excellent cocktails but food is very average. "Whilst in bed,at 11 pm a tour group arrived on my fllor,they were all extremely noisey and showed no consideration to sleeping guests.I had booked a 2 am wake up call but was woken by this group at 11,i opened my door twice...to confront them..at 11.15 and again at 11.50 when i raised my voice to them all..it was unneccessary as management should of requested and quieter transition to their rooms when thay checked in.."
