"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We had a fantastic stay at EMA House Hotel Suites and highly recommend it. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly upgraded to a stay in the main hotel, which was a great start to our six-night visit. The suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space, making it a perfect base for exploring Zurich. The kitchenette was particularly handy, allowing us to prepare meals when needed, and the great amenities, including two toilets, added to the convenience. The washing machine was...

"Turned up after check in and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Power went out within our first few hours of being there, contacted the helpline multiple times and they said they’d send out an electrician. They never did! Spent the whole trip with no way to charge phones in our room and no lights! "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. "Perfect affordable hotel. We only stayed one night and wanted something near the train station, easy to get to airport, and able to walk around the old town. This was great - 10' easy walk from train station, many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel was a bit old, but clean and comfortable and the right price! Staff were friendly and helpful."

"I have been going to the Saint Georges Hotel for years; and it has always been reasonably priced, well-located, and consistently dependable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice coffee shop and breakfast room off the lobby, and a cozy lobby lounge, with drinks available. I highly recommend the Sant Georges!"
