"Our family took a trip to Santa Cruz for a get a way. The Hyatt was wonderful for all of us. Staff was very nice and helpful, Pool and hot tub were clean, the kids loved it. Breakfast was delicious and even had something for my picky eater. Our room was large and very clean. Vallet very convenient. Santa Cruz Hyatt Place was perfect for our family get a way, we will be returning in the future. "
