"Great location, lovely building, our cozy double was very comfortable and dog vera welcomed and catered for. Only negative comment tv wasn’t connecting . Didn’t request assistance as only one night stay. A radio provided could have made up for it. Staff hiwever lovely and helpful. Food delicious."

"Fabulous from start to finish, a truly unique from design and decor, to the scent they chose for their reed diffusers. Everything was just gorgeous. We highly recommend booking a spot in the leisure facilities, swimming pool, and sauna etc. Sadly the steam room was out of action, but the jacuzzi was fab. The spa treatments are not to be missed, robes and flip flops are provided in your room, plenty of big fluffy towels and lockers available in the changing rooms though. The food in Ivy's was...

"Great for dog walks being right on the hills and near the old railway line. Very kind to have left milk and cakes which were useful to get us started. Worked well for a short stay. Property was clean but would suggest a bit of attention to the grouting in the shower room which was starting to get a bit of mold. "

"Lovely cottage. Had everything we needed and was very cosy. Good stately homes nearby including Sandringham House. Also good beaches and bird reserves. "

"Pleasant village 2-3 miles from Holt or Sherringham. On bus route but car preferred. 100 yards from good pub/ restaurant with good food and beer. Rooms clean and well appointed almost like new in 100 year old converted stable. The house worked well for two adults and two young children for an extended stay in July and August. Missed having a washing machine but otherwise fully ready to go. Just one parking place"
