"This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights and had fabulous meals with excellent service. "Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"Nice quiet self service stay, right in the centre of the town. Nicely greeted by the host in the morning, great continental breakfast endless supply of tea and coffee, would like to visit again at some point. "
