"We came to Michigan for a wedding. Since our six people included three different families, we needed an extra bed. I asked the host if he had an air mattress and extra sheets that we could borrow. He said yes. What I didn’t know is that he had to purchase both items for us!! Talk about going above and beyond!!! I was so grateful. I also asked if we could check out a little later which he permitted. The host made our stay in Michigan wonderful! Great job!!"

"This was our second time here and stayed for a full week. This will be our go to when visiting family. Great peaceful location. "When I was making plans to travel, I found Adventure Acres. Normally when I travel I stay at a hotel/ motel, and fuss about noise (kids screaming running down the hallways, parties, arguments, etc. ) when I’m trying to sleep. I found Adventure Acres and reviews saying it was quite. I stayed a week in Suite B5, and agree it was quiet and pleasantly spacious. I had a couple concerns and addressed them to management immediately and was satisfied with their response. I look forward to staying again."

"It was a nice well taken care of apartment. Our big issue we had was the thermostat not working. It was in the upper 70's in the apartment our entire stay. (Sleeping was not very comfy especially with 2 people in the bed who sleep hot) We did talk to the owner but their solution was to try the thermostat again. "This place is very spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was equipped with pots, pans, cups plates, cutlery, all the things! The appliances worked great. You can tell the host cares about your experience. We couldn’t figure out the lock at one point and I called them and they picked up right away to assist.
