Featuring a delightful dining room flanked by the clean kitchen and comfy living room. Better yet, you can sit on the front porch with your morning coffee and enjoy the sounds of this quiet neighborhood.

You'll also find two bedrooms (one king, one queen) with one full bathroom in between. It's just the right spot for couples or a small family to stay. In fact, you can even bring Fido since the home is pet-friendly, so the entire family can tag along. As a bonus, the living room also has a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed. The house is kept comfortable in the summer with two AC window units.

The checkerboard kitchen has everything you need: all appliances, dishes, pots/pans, utensils and all. Step out to the private, lush backyard complete with sparkling string lights and fire pit for the perfect spot to put a cap on your sun-filled day at the beach.

PARKING
There is space for two to three vehicles in the driveway.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
