"This is a very nice place and a great location if youare going to view the cranes on the Platte River."

"Our property we rented worked out great It was good to be in the middle of Kearney. We visited the Cranes at dawn and dusk. And our last morning we visited the Prairie Chicken.we would come back to our cute little house and coffee bar. Maggie, the owner must have had a blast decorating the house. Our first night in Kearney there were 80 mph winds. It did a number on our screen door. Maggie promptly offered to send her husband over to fix the door. Great place snd experience. "

"Went to Kearney to watch the crane migration. Incredible experience. The property is ideally located as it is in the heart of crane viewing. Everything relating to the property was as advertised and very good. If I had one suggestion it would be to enhance cell service."

"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response...

"This home was a perfect place to stay while in town viewing the Sandhill cranes migration. It exceeded all of our expectations - gracious host, spacious/clean/beautifully decorated home; snacks, coffee and water offered for our use. Out of the ballpark amazing; would definitely recommend."
