"I always enjoy my stay here… I was disappointed the pool swim up bar was closed. It seems after the pandemic less staff are working. You used to be able to collect towels by the pool, now you have to retrieve them from the front desk. Also, you were greeted with a rum punch while you waited in line. Unfortunately now they give you a ticket to get your free drink at the bar. I always thought that was a nice touch. Bring that back. The location and beach can’t be beat. Lots of food options...

"I stayed here for 4 days for my first international solo trip and received nothing short of princess treatment. "Wonderful facilities in a superb location, we loved the stunning main pool, tennis courts and gym too. A short car ride to the beach and town. Very comfortable and super clean apartment. We moved in the evening after Hurricane Beryl had passed through which was a difficult time, I had good clear comms with the property manager and the owner dropped the keys so that we could get in. We had a lovely time with friends who were also on the resort. The main pool steals the show!"

"Washer flooded condo, dryer did not work, luke warm or no hot water for 5 days, out of order plumbing fixtures on site, broken beach elevator and beach covered in weeds. Staff disinterested in many cases in our interactions. Roaches from under the toilet if a light was not left on at night."
