"A stunning hotel conveniently located in the heart of Bath. Quiet and luxurious, and a perfect escape for couples. The bedrooms are impeccably clean, very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa is free to access between 8-10 am and 7-9 pm. We used the spa at 7pm, as did most other residents, however it wasn't too busy and was a lovely space to unwind before dinner. "Staff were so friendly and breakfast was lovely - we thought it was a bit much to have to preorder day before but it actually meant a quick, efficient service. And breakfast room very pleasant - bright and warm. The room was quiet and comfortable but a bit overpriced at nearly £100 without breakfast - everything is a bit work out. Chipped paint, old furniture, threadbare bed base. Shower was great though. "

"A really beautiful property with well designed and decorated rooms. Staff were always willing to help, food and cocktails in the bar were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the onsite spa too. Parking is limited on site so its a little bit of a logistical challenge with two kids to use the public car park but its reasonably priced and not far away."
