"American tourist - Nice room very close to Kagoshima station. Typical small room & bath area compared to US hotels but this is efficient. Room had english BBC tv station which was nice to keep up on news. WIFI was good. "

"We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room."

"We had a nice stay here. Walked to most places but the tram was convenient as needed. The hot springs public bath was really nice. "

"After missing the last bus and a 30+ minute walk from the station, relaxing a hotel never felt so good. In terms of design, it looked like an older hotel. It was clean and suited my needs. I booked a non-smoking room and the staff did their best to get rid of the smoke smell. However, it was still there after my last night but it didn’t bother me. "
