"Beautiful property and attention to detail. Staff was over the top marvelous and helpful. I have been to many countries and stayed in many hotels and by far this is my favorite."

"An old building with modern upgrades. Large bedroom and bathroom with modern fixtures. Very comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress. Lots of power outlets in the room. The only downside is that the local church, which is right next door, rang its bell every 15 minutes, then chimed the number of the hour every hour, all through the night! Also, at around 1am, the bell chimed about 50 times in a row with no respite. Shutting the windows reduced the sound somewhat but made the room too hot to sleep (no A/C). The church is obviously beyond the control of the hotel, but it's something potential guests should be aware of."
