"Convenient "

"Property is in north Munich near the Olympic park. A number of tram stops are nearby and in walking distance with regular links to town. The host was in touch before our stay so we knew what to expect and we were greeted very warmly upon arrival. The room was nice and clean enoigh. Found rubbish left over from previous guest in bathrppm, tap on kitchen sink was wobbly and needed repairing, baseboards could be doing with a deep clean/dust but no major issues. Housekeeping were around...

"Staying at the Pandion Boarding house was great. This was a great location if you’re attending Oktoberfest. Super close. Grocery store around the corner which made very easy to get some supplies. Definitely recommend! "

"The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"There were many positives about staying at this property. The location was close (10 min walk) to the train station and the meeting point for all of our Viator trips. It is also a pleasant 15-20 min walk to the old town city center with historical sites and shopping. There were six of of staying at the property and the living room was large enough for us to watch a movie or play card games together at night. "The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. The deck off of the main bedroom as well as the one off of the second bedroom and living space offered great views. Ķey access was secure and easy and the in garage parking was an added bonus. Less than 5 minutes by car is a gas station, grocery store, bakery and a couple of restaurants. I would definitely stay again."

"The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all."

"This was a fantastic flat to stay in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were all the kitchen equipment to make a wonderful dinner.
