"Usually when I stay in smaller hotels in Germany, they look very old-fashioned and are not very clean. Landhaus Sixtmühle was just the opposite. My one-person room was extremely clean and modern. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and everything from the moment I checked in until the time I checked out went SO smoothly. I can highly recommend this place!"

Nach einer 8-Stündigen Zugfahrt und anschließender 30 Minütiger Taxifahrt (die auch nicht günstig war) vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen war sehr unangenehm. "Für Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir 80 km Umweg fahren. Die Wohnung war übervoll mit privaten Gegenständen, teilweise Müll, dreckig, das Bett zerwühlt und nicht einmal abgezogen. Kein freier Platz, um etwas zu verstauen. Kaum Geschirr. Kaum Möbel. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Ich musste erst einmal Bad und Küche putzen und das Bett neu beziehen. "Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...
