"Well it started with the owner putting us in the wrong room. I paid for the larger room on line and the owner told me all the rooms are the same. As it turns out they are not. As for the we speak English as stated, it is broken English. There are many words they do not understand or speak in English. Breakfast is week at best. Nach einer 8-Stündigen Zugfahrt und anschließender 30 Minütiger Taxifahrt (die auch nicht günstig war) vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen war sehr unangenehm. "A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar."
