"My family and I had a lovely stay, the motorway is slightly noisy at night so ear plugs may be needed. Beds were comfortable and the pizzas were amazing! The only downside is that we didn’t know about the £5 per night parking charge. For visiting Alton towers this hotel was perfect for us :) "

"Fantastic hotel ideally situated for the Railway station. Not much to look at from the outside but don't let that fool you. Our room was gorgeous and recently refurbished to a high standard. "

"Great location for my trip, easy access to motorway , and bus stop into Nottingham centre just outside the hotel ( friendliest bus drivers I’ve ever met!) which run frequently. Easy parking. Friendly receptionist welcome, with a smile and Hilton cookie biscuit ☺️ The room was lovely , firm bed, huge telly, clean and modern. Charging platform and USB ports, which was great , good free WiFi. Good lighting great shower. Only downside, some noisy Canadian Geese, in the pond/ lake in the hotel grounds started ‘squawking’ at 4.30am..constant. Not much can be done, but apart from that a very good stay, happy customer, just bring ear plus for the geese! "

"It was for anevent in the town. The room was tucked away in the back but quiet. Quite a few stairs and narrow corridors but no top difficult to locate. Checkin was very easy and they allowed us access to the room 2 hours earlier that scheduled check in. The room was a good size with generous bed, tea, coffee facilities and a tv. The bed was comfortable although personally I would have liked a softer pillow. "
