"It was a nice property once inside, close to train station. Not a lot but of communication. Had to get access code on line. Glad I had cellular internet to do so. Internet was ridiculously slow. I think they rebooted it after I complained and it worked much better. Nothing to wash dishes with. No housekeeping, even though there was staff every morning. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Our family had a wonderful time in Aitrang. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. There was a ping pong table and board games to keep our children entertained and we all enjoyed using the wonderful hot tub. It is set in a very tranquil location with idyllic views. The Frank Family were wonderful hosts and everything went smoothly. We didn't want to leave!"

"Was a short 5 minute walk from the railway station. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was reasonably priced, although perhaps there could have been a little more variety. The staff were all very helpful and courteous when asking questions or needing to leave luggage prior to departure for the airport. The only negative i would say would be that it was stairs to the first floor where some people may struggle if elderly, infirm etc. I would be happy to stay again if in memmingen."
