"What a fantastic property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ‘De Duif’, a great home, well equipped and in the midst of amazing nature! We loved travelling up the canal and to the lake in the rowing boat and also enjoyed day trips to Amsterdam and Utrecht! We would love to come back! "This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!"

"We chose this property as it was one of the cheaper places to stay in Rotterdam and this is reflected in the basic amenities provided. We had to ask for a kettle and there was only a small combi oven and microwave. There was no hairdrier. The flat is up 2 flights of steep stairs which is fine as long as you are fit. The flat is a good location and onky a 10 minute walk from the station and good access to transport"

"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...
