"We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center. Very easy access and a parking spot. We explored Devon and Cornwall and this was a great home base. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very comfortable furniture. Lovely features like the aga. It didnt want for anything, very well equipped. Not enough room in the bedroom with kingsize bed. Only one bedside cabinet. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Good amenities in the village. Wifi not the best. "

"Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...

"An ideal place to stay in Exeter with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable and relaxing time. Great location for the town centre whilst being on a nice and quiet road with the bonus of a parking space. Would very happily stay here again when I next visit Exeter, it was perfect for me!"

"Apartment is in fantastic location with amazing views of the estuary and channel. I was surprised at how spacious the flat was, great lounge and kitchen with every room having a view. Parking is limited and gets busy on the weekend, however over night parking is free on the seafront."

"The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. "
