"We were a family of three adults and one 16 year old. I can't say enough wonderful things about the apartment, and Kirsty was quick to respond with any questions. The apartment is large, with sweeping views of the harbor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all implements you might need. The stove and oven are induction. "The place was dirty. Marks from spills on the wall, dust on counter tops in bedrooms, cobwebs in corners etc etc. the bath towels were lovely but very disappointed with the standard of cleaning. We have taken photos and think it reasonable to ask for a refund of the cleaning fee as it clearly needed doing before our arrival. Will await your response. Thanks"

"This is a gem of a place, a very well done lower level apartment with everything you need plus a great outdoor seating area. The big plus are the wonderful hosts. "We enjoyed our stay at this lovely family bach in Ngakuta bay. Location was great, right on the water, Ngakuta loop trail, and the link trail. We enjoyed the toys and game room. This is a classic kiwi bach and you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We did not hear back when we inquired about the possibility of renting linens. The property is what we expected from a kiwi back and we really enjoyed our stay. "
