今回は３泊。エアコンがついていない部屋っだたようだ。エアコンがない部屋があることを知らなかった。始めての経験だった。 チェックイン時に何の説明も一切なかった。 事務的な対応はしょうがないが、ホテルはサービス業であることを忘れないでほしい。 エアコンはあるのか聞かなかった自分がいけないのか。 一晩中隙間風が入ってきて寒かった。体調が悪くなった
