"Great location in the historic center, close to everything important for a short visit. Reasonable shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Nice relaxing atrium courtyard. No real bar, but not necessary in this neighborhood. Not really accessible, i.e. stairs required to access property and rooms but no handrails. "

"This place is a hidden gem. It’s centrally located to a lot of things in la Candelaria and it’s clean and safe. Andres is absolutely fantastic. He’s attentive, friendly and makes you feel at home. The truth is that the rest of the staff is really wonderful. The one thing to consider is that the building is old with wooden rickety floors. You definitely will hear everyone coming in at all hours. This was not an issue for us because we had ear plugs, and after a long day, we slept right through it. But definitely can’t beat it. The area itself felt fine during the day and at night. There are a lot of college kids in the area, so it’s always lively. …oh and breakfast was real good! We would definitely stay here again! "

"The Amazing Colombian Vibe❤️🇨🇴☕️ How’s the Arrival was wonderful at check-in! (Our group was late Due to change in travel plans) Wonderfully decorated Boutique Hotel. The staff was Professional and very helpful. The rooms clean, something pulled out of historical colonial Colombian history with 21st century comfort! We were all pleasantly surprised with breakfast on the wonderful Terrace overlooking the beautiful city of Bogotá! This is definitely a five star hotel, and We will definitely be back! Viva Colombia❤️🇨🇴☕️ "
