"On the 😔 side: The executive suite we reserved and paid for was nothing like the photos in the Hotels.com and the hotel’s website. And it did not have a patio, as promised in the hotels.com, and it looked out on a wall, as they said all the executive rooms do. So we moved to a lower priced room (with no reimbursement) just to have a better room. That room was in an older part of the hotel, with inefficient AC and mold in the shower. "Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a bar on site which all serve great food and drink. The pool area is clean and quiet and Carlos is always around to help. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park. Highly recommended, thank you for a great holiday."
