"The rooms where quite small but clean bed and pillows needs upgrade was very uncomfortable woke with sore neck and back every morning, they supply you with kettle but no tea or coffee , no toiletries except toilet paper. "Awful hotel cleanliness not great the rooms were big but that's all I can say about them as the ceiling was basically falling down, the floor was disgusting. The swimming pool was a greeny colour definitely hadn't been cleaned for months. I wouldn't even wash my car with the water out of the swimming pool it was that disgusting. Werent givien any information about check out times no information nothing. I wouldn't even let my pet pig live here!!!! "

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
