"Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection. Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably "

"Nice hotel, but my only complaint is that breakfast was cold. The eggs, sausages, french toast, (everything) was cold. It is very cold outside and a nice warm breakfast would have been nice being that I paid an extra $20 for it. Not worth it at all! "

"Nishitetsu Grand is a bit dated in terms of design. But it shines in other areas. Clean, relatively spacious rooms (standard twin rooms) and in a convenient location. Happy to return here when I'm back in Fukuoka."
