"I have stayed here several times. Normally very good, and I shall still use in the future. This time, however, was a little disappointing. I rang through to reception at 5:30 PM, as I was cold in my room, as the weather is now clearly into the cold winter mode. I explained I was going out at 7 anyway, but was not sure as to why the radiator was not working. I was informed it operated on a timer, and would come on at 8, but only for 2 hours. I feel the heating, at this time of year, should not be...

"Funky guest house in an amazing location. Tucked away right in the heart of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Right in the heart of the action (so expect some outside noise at weekends) but it wouldn’t put me off. "

"A very comfortable hotel with an easy walk to the city centre. Staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble. "

"Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend of our wedding. The room was a wonderful size and while nice and clean it was a little tired in places. The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay."

"Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂"
