"Very clean, well equipped, safe, and having a convenience store inside of the hotel! The room is not big; however it was really comfortable spending time. The bed and pillows were great also. I will definitely come back."

"Keio Plaza was a great place to stay to explore Tokyo. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet had a really nice selection of Japanese and non-Japanese options, and the location was super convenient to get to Shinjuku station. There are also a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel, and even a 7-eleven on the ground floor."

"For a hotel connected to the airport, overall I was very pleased with the experience and happy. Hotel offered onsen but wasn’t clear at the time of booking if the room included free access or if it was at an additional cost. Hotel is next to a number of shoppings and restaurant which was super convenient and they offered great items for some last minute shopping. Transport links was good. Only downside was the room size for us. "

"This is my second time stay and Tobu Levant and I was just as please as the first time. They've moved check-in to a tablet model which really streamlined the process. The front desk employees are super friendly and professional. The look of excitement when I spoke Japanese during check-in was great! Top class hotel"

"Under the hotel is underground shopping boutiques, shoe shops and restaurants street, grocery stores, etc Fun environment, shuttle buses to the airport is half block away, very close to other hip places like Shibuya, Harajuku too… but the room is smaller than the photos in Expedia App … "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful at this hotel! The rooms are very nice. They also have free drip coffee in the morning which is a super plus, and they give you free water bottles each day. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Tokyo. "
