"Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Great location. Unfortunately no dinner service was available on the evening I arrived although I had requested this on my booking I wasn't informed until I arrived at the hotel. I wasn't particularly impressed at having to pay for parking and the berries at breakfast were still frozen! Other than than it was a really lovely stay, very dog friendly. "

"An average guest house. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. I felt more could be done to reduce waste. For example using glasses instead of plastic cups in room; using shampoo and shower gel dispensers; using small dishes of marmalade and butter, weetabix in a large container rather than individual plastic wraps. Breakfast was ok though cooking of black pudding was poor and the bread could have been nicer. A bit noisy from room next door, you could hear the neighbours talking. "

"Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space...

"This was our second stay and it didn't disappoint. The only issue was on arrival with there being feather bedding in the room which we'd spectacled to be removed prior to arrival. However as soon as I mentioned it , it was resolved and non feather replacements were in place immediately. Service at breakfast and check in was excellent as was the super fresh breakfasts.
