"The views from our room were simply beautiful. Able to see Kanchenjunga range. The service by the staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant is excellent. Each and every was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are outdated and need an update. Location is very good. Few min walk to MG marg the most happening place . "Hotel was good and reception was very good. However I noticed two things that could be improved. We stayed for a couple of nights. The bed was very soft and was giving a back ache. It would be good for one night stays but for longer stays, the beds are soft. Second was the bathrooms didn’t have floor towels or mats. After the shower the bathroom floor gets wet and has high probability of slipperiness. Not good for old people. "

"1) Resort map direction led us to different place and we had to search around little bit. 2) Location of resort is not great. 3) Resort was not worth for the amount we paid. 4) Bath room was stinking when we checked in and wash basin was over flowing. After reporting issue though a person attended but it was not fixed."
