"Not a good experience. Room was smelly. I think it was the smell of Paint/whitewash. Water issue, flush was licking. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom. Had to use water bottle for tooth brush. Overall not a good experience."

"Hotel was good and reception was very good. However I noticed two things that could be improved. We stayed for a couple of nights. The bed was very soft and was giving a back ache. It would be good for one night stays but for longer stays, the beds are soft. Second was the bathrooms didn’t have floor towels or mats. After the shower the bathroom floor gets wet and has high probability of slipperiness. Not good for old people. "

"Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price"
