Located just steps from Trent Jones Golf Courses, the beach, and a local market, this ground-floor condo is perfectly suited to host your Hilton Head getaway. This coastal retreat also features an enclosed deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating for backyard barbecues.

The spacious, two-bedroom interior has been furnished with guest comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings and sofa seating in the living room offer a breezy place to enjoy comfortable downtime while streaming some of your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of counter space and cabinets. A pass-through window makes it easy to serve up dishes in the dining area with seating for four. A tidy breakfast bar offers seating for two.

Modern essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The home also has a variety of child-friendly amenities including a Pack-N-Play, booster seat for dining, and plastic dinner wear. Additionally, you'll be granted access to a sparkling, shared outdoor pool.

Property had several maintenance issues! Constantly dripping kitchen faucet, dirty (moldy) trim, ceiling tiles about to collapse, caulk missing in shower, rust stains in bathtub, patio door did not lock, broken screen on service door.

Queens Grant belated Valentines Weekend
Spacious, location, and clean would be the positives. Negatives would include flooring not coordinated in living area. Basically has 3 different types of flooring from kitchen to Foyer to Living room ( not very attractive ). Mixed appliances in the kitchen with some stainless and some white. In the living area the intake vent had a lot of dust and visible dirt on it. Painting throughout was of poor quality. Especially the beams in the living area. Also had ceiling tiles that were warped, broke, and out place in the ceiling above the beams. There is only 1 bathroom and it was not in good condition. Shower curtain was rigged to stay up pushed into a broken shower tile. Plug missing from the shower drain. Lots of visible repairs on the walls in the bathroom and dated in general.

Family Vacation
The location of the unit was great. Very close to a few pools, the community’s general store and amenities, and a short walk to the beach. The unit size was great; it fit my family of 4 perfectly with room to spare. The only downside was that it needs some attention. The floors (particularly the bathroom) were not clean and the couch had some stains that needed cleaning. The blinds did not block out the sun at all in the mornings, but the rooms were comfortable overall. All-in-all, we enjoyed our time.

Graduation getaway
My daughter, her friend and I drove down for a quick weekend trip to celebrate their high school graduation. The condo was in an excellent location. Palmetto Dunes is an awesome community. The condo was some what updated. It was a very cheap makeover. Painted over wallpaper in the kitchen with an old dishwasher and fridge. Nothing in the bathroom had been replaced, It definitely could use new tile floors, and an updated shower and vanity. . The entire condo had fresh paint and that helped. The condo did have an odd smell when we arrived, we didn't notice it after an hour or so. The beds where firm and slept well. Overall it was an okay place. We wouldn't rent this unit again for the same price. There were a few bugs, thankfully they were all dead.
