We arrived to find a Christmas tree all decorated to start off our family Christmas weekend! "Older but clean; we stayed here for the night that we were in Alpena. It was during winter; very pleased that the room temperature wasn't freezing cold when we checked in. Parking lot and walk ways were cleared, salted not slippery. We'd definitely stay at this Ma&Pop lodge again."
