"The location was excellent, in walking distance to many spots we visited. We stayed for four nights. Kitchen was great, had washer and dryer which was helpful. It is up a lot of stairs. Would certainly stay there again. Cheers!"

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "Apartment literally was steps from the London overground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"Pros: Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Location was good. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living room/lounge was a really nice space. Well stocked kitchen, Cons: It was not very clean (eg clump of hair in the shower drain, all drains were slow to drain, a used towel was crumpled in an armoire, half full water bottle in the entryway) Unable to close and secure window in primary bedroom.
