"Home was in great location. Home a little tired. In need of new heaters they are rusty and plug corrosion. Stairwell, spiral, very unsafe for children and safety rails definitely not to code. Top bunk bed has no safety rails. Some electrical? Home was well equipped though to meet needs for a holiday. We did enjoy our stay overall."

"This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. The moment I arrived from central Auckland I felt myself start to relax. Barry was very friendly and helpful. "Our stay at the beach house and apartment was incredible! Brad was awesome to deal with, great communication. As we had young children he let us check in an hour or so earlier! Was in such a good spot, 20m from the sheltered beach, and large playground for all ages. A short walk to town. The neighbours were also super friendly. Lots of grass area. A great place to take your family with plenty of room! Highly recommend!"

"Overall was ok, good location but place needs a bit of updating as it is very dated but has everything you need. There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."
