"My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the Coast Bayview Sanctuary in Whitianga. We were lucky enough to be the second guests to stay at the property! The furniture and amenities were curated so beautifully, with a great selection of kitchenware, robes, lotions, candles, body oils and even fresh eggs from the hosts chickens. The fire pit and fire place created a great atmosphere. Such a nice getaway in the coromandel! "

"Such a gorgeous property - very peaceful and Gordon had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely setting and perfect for our wedding event just along the road. Highly recommended property with a delightful host and we also enjoyed meeting the sweet Dakota GSP! "

"Great spot, 100m to the beach which is usually pretty quiet, then 200m to the ferry to Whitianga. "

"Not ideal for a family. Very dirty shared area, rats ate our bread overnight. Unable to lock the cabins when we went out for the day, and the shared area was also unable to be locked. Came in to find people in the shared area doing laundry. Dirty laundry piled up where the tenants next door do their washing. TV not operational unless you have a laptop with HDMI cables, which we didn't have. Path to cabins over-grown with weeds and grass. Cabins were brand new and nice and clean though!...
