"My stay was wonderful! The staff are all so very nice and helpful. I chatted with people of all ages and I saw several family & friend groups. The room and common spaces are kept very clean. There are lockers to secure valuables and personal items on your floor. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a kitchen and I was able to cook a few meals which was a huge plus for me. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. "It's cool how they're complete with a mini stove, fridge, microwave and other amenities even though they're price is really cheap. There's a lot of good places to eat around the area and a 7/11 and mini grocery store beside it."

Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"

"This inn is near the station. The station is a NAKANO station and one of the most convenient stations in Tokyo. It is wonderful to have a convenience store in front of the inn. A dinner party will be held on Tuesday at this inn, participation seems to be free."

"I've stayed at this location 3 times now during my trips to Japan for work and everytime it's been great! I love the Ikebukuro area and Sunshine City mall. The staff was the same in 2024 as it was 1 year later and they even remembered me from the year prior. They were all so nice and very welcoming. The smoking section is nice and comfortable and has a covered section for during rain. The rooms are nice and big. It's also nice that there are 2 conbinis right downstairs. But the food options nearby are also very good. 10/10 on all 3 of my stays here. "
