"The property manager did not respond to messages sent through Vrbo about check in. Had to call Vrbo to get his number and bug him by text. Our thermostat was broken and he did nothing about it. The description does not say that it is a wheelchair accessible unit. The description says the main bedroom is a king but it is a queen. Otherwise it was very clean and a nice place to stay."

"The Zermatt is a beautiful property with lots of things to do. The property was comfortable and clean. There are great restaurants on property and nearby so I wouldn’t plan on cooking large meals because the kitchen is very small. We very much enjoyed our short stay."

"Great location, good size for group of 3-4. Resort pool and hot-tub were an added bonus. Some of the resort was under construction but it didn't effect our stay at all. Only thing it could have used is more towels! Oh and the coffee table was missing the glass... probably time to purchase a new one? Would stay here again when in the area for skiing."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The condo/apartment kitchen was well stocked with comfortable beds and living room. The option of the separate room was perfect with the two bathrooms. It was a perfect environment for visiting family, playing games with the snow falling outside. The bakery and nice restaurant was right around the corner and town was close as well. We would chose this home again if in the area."

"Property is a bit dated and worn but really a fantastic value. Wish the room had had a mini fridge and microwave. However, we loved walking the grounds and enjoying all that Midway and the surrounding area has to offer."

Finally, when it was well past check-in time we went ahead and asked VRBO for a refund. "Great house with plenty of room for my parents, my husband and me and our two teen boys! There is an extra great room upstairs which was a bonus surprise. House was very clean. It’s right on a golf course which made for better views and some entertainment. The town of Midway is super cute with lots of surrounding outdoor activities to enjoy! Would stay here again."
