"The listing of this property is just as described. I will say though I would recommend the owner updating the description for others that this is an older home turned into units. Personally we didn’t care but I know others might. The property was clean, easy to find. The area is ok. I am not as familiar with Slavic village as other parts of Cleveland but we never felt unsafe. Also bring a portable fan if you stay here this summer- Ohio heat is on full blast right now lol."

"The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in."

"Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old. The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice. The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option. Driveway has us parking in the grass, entry gate is small, shoukd defiantely have measurements included, (what if i brought a big truck? Eek) Back could use...

"Location was great for my purposes of enjoying a ball game, with everything i needed within an easy walk. The loft nature of the unit has a fairly long stair to the bedroom/bath area but it was fine for me. Communications were excellent, and really facilitated easy access to a property that is a bit unconventional in its layout."

"It would have been nice to be given details regarding parking; which added$64 dollars to my stay. While the property was safe, quiet with great dinning and night life options, the room itself was lacking. The all in one shower/toilet/ sink unit was nearly deadly. While the white tile was attractive, the lack of a simple squeegee left the tile very wet. The late night potty was an enter at your own risk situation. Wipe up the wet you say, well there were two wash clothes, two towels,...
