"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. The undercounter lights flashed on...

"Stayed here for a weekend with our doggy, daughter had just moved close by and was visiting. Could do with a bit of updating, I wouldn’t recommend 5 people staying here as it was cramped for us and there was just 2 of us. The second bedroom pics showed 2 single beds but it was a single bed in there with an under bed. Shower a bit basic,thought the property was a bit overpriced really but considering it’s in the South maybe not. Central heating was good and a good supply of hot water no...
